Shipping processing time

All orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days from Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays and weekends. Orders placed after 3pm Central time Monday-Friday may be processed the next regular business day. 

Delays

Dependable Expendables strives to process and ship all orders in a timely manner. However, factors that can impact processing and shipping times may include but not be limited to: inclement weather, carrier delays, high volume of orders and vendor delays. When possible, Dependable Expendables will contact the customer via email to notify of any known delays within 24 hours. International orders may experience delays related to customs, carriers, and/or operational delays outside of Dependable Expendables’ control.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Dependable Expendables offers different types of shipping rates to best fit the needs of our customers. Total shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below is an example of shipping delivery time once the order is accepted by the chosen carrier and cost. Delivery time and cost are dependent on destination, size, weight and volume of the package. All estimated delivery times are not a guaranteed delivery time unless you choose a guaranteed delivery method offered by one of the carriers.

Shipping Insurance 

Not all shipping options include insurance or enough insurance to cover the cost of your entire order. Dependable Expendables offers shipping insurance during checkout through our partner Route as an option. All insurance claims are handled by Route. If you purchased insurance through Route and need to file a claim for your lost/damaged/stolen order you can start your claim here.

Free Shipping

For certain orders totaling $100 (excluding tax and shipping) of eligible products, Dependable Expendables will ship the order at no cost to the customer. Items which do not fit within our standard packaging dimensions (11 ¾” x 8 ¼” x 6”) and weighing 5lb (2.27kg) or over may not be eligible. Dependable Expendables will try to indicate if an item we sell is not eligible for free shipping.  Free shipping applies to the 48 contiguous states (and Washington DC). International orders are excluded. 

Local Delivery 

Local Delivery is possible upon request and subject to delivery fees.  Exceptions to the delivery area are made on a case by case basis and is at the sole discretion of Dependable Expendables. 

Local Pickup  

In stock items and ship direct to store orders qualify for local pickup. Customers are notified via e-mail when retail orders and/or equipment rental are ready for pick up and are typically available between 9AM - 5PM Monday - Friday inside Camera Ready Studios - 2155 Chenault Drive #509, Carrollton, TX 75006

Shipment to P.O. Boxes

If you need an order to be shipped to a P.O. Box, please ensure your location has the ability to accept packages from our selected carriers. 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once an order is fulfilled, a shipment confirmation and tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Dependable Expendables is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Where applicable, all fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc). 

Damage/Lost/Stolen Orders

Dependable Expendables is not liable for any item(s)/order(s) damaged, lost or stolen during the shipping process. If your order is damaged, lost or stolen, please contact the shipment carrier or sales@dependableexpendables.com to file a claim. Please save and document all packaging material and damage items before filing a claim. 

International Shipping Policy

Dependable Expendables ships to eligible international destinations. We currently offer USPS and UPS international shipping options. Not all shipping options will include shipping insurance or enough shipping insurance to cover the entire order amount. Dependable Expendables offers shipping insurance during checkout through our partner Route as an option. All insurance claims are handled by Route. If you purchased insurance through Route and need to file a claim for your lost/damaged/stolen order you can start your claim here.

Refund Policy 

Dependable Expendables is committed to ensuring your satisfaction on every purchase. We have a 14 day return (of receiving your item(s)) on most items that meet the conditions outlined in our Cancellation/Refund Policy. You may choose to ship back item(s) at your expense or Dependable Expendables can send a prepaid return shipping label and will deduct the total shipping cost from the total refund amount. Changes to Shipping Policy 

DepEx LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Shipping Policy. The most current version of the Shipping Policy will supersede all previous versions. DepEx LLC encourages you to periodically review the Shipping Policy to stay informed of our updates.
